Teens and tweens! Join us for the Ottumwa Public Library’s Summer Reading Program: Artist Michael Albert
Join us for an art program from artist Michael Albert. Participants get to meet the artist, learn about his work, and create their own collages using the same materials he uses to create his works of art. The artist will supply collage items but feel free to bring your own cereal boxes if you would like.
