Have you submitted your entry for our New Card Contest? To celebrate our 120th anniversary here at the Ottumwa Public Library we are asking our patrons to help us design two new cards!
Adults and children can participate! One card will be selected as a winner from both the adult (over 18) entries and the under 18 entries! Pick up your submission page from the library and turn them in before August 15th to be entered into the contest. Limit one entry per patron.
