Garden Seed Swap Event

Join the Ottumwa Public Library and volunteers from the United Way of Wapello County for a Seed Swapping Event. For the first time ever we will be sending seed kits to participating libraries across the state!   A great way to get those seeds you need to begin your gardening experience.  Bring your own seeds to swap.
