Join us Saturday April 9th at 12 pm for an author visit from Rachel Mans McKenny. McKenny will speak about her book “The Butterfly Effect,” which has been selected as an All Iowa Reads pick for 2022. The Ottumwa Public Library has multiple copies of the book available for circulation if you would like to check it out before her visit. It is a fun novel that takes place in Iowa.
